13:22 there’s a repeatable skirmish that has a cliff where you can get a dramatic volley of arrows. I think it’s near xiaopei or xiapi. The battle starts with a message saying “the bandits are preparing a volley” and you need to turn around and go up the hill to fight a generic officer. Stay on that hill and use the arrow volley

30:00 You can also defeat Liu Biao directly before Sun Ce escapes, did it last night and Sun Ce said something like "Liu Biao was defeated?! I suppose that was always an option." In in the following cutscene they did mention that Xiangyang was captured and that they would have to give it up for peace with Liu Biao, or something like that.

99% sure the reason Guo Jia is speaking so strangely is because the VA is not very good, but there's an outside chance its because he's unwell; it reminds me a little of Caesar having a brain tumor in FONV.

That's pretty cool for the game to do this like this as well. Admitedly tho, I do wonder what it entails. As the Wanderer is basically there to justify alt history, how far is Koei willing to roll with this to get a "good ending" where the big three ally to defeat a shadowy force which would perhaps be describe as one who slither in the dark.

for the NG+ you will definitely have to speedrun past the checkpoints to get to zhang jiao way before huang gai even gets entangled with phantoms

It is possible to save Sun Jian in a NG run, but you’ll either have to grind a lot for the stats or really optimize your build to beat Zhang Jiao fast enough But yeah like you said NG+ would be easier for those types of scenarios

With the Amulet of Fortune, I did a few hours of testing, and it seems it doesn’t effect proficiency gains with weapons. Seems to boost item drop rates(the bravery wines) and weapon drop rates, and your gold gained at the end. With this information, idk if it feels worth it cause double damage to your character is massive.

I admit that I discovered that there are alternate paths by accidentally fulfilling the requirements to alter the fate of (censored to avoid spoilers) when I (censored to avoid spoilers). This has been censored for spoilers. In all seriousness though I agree that a NG+ run is the way to do it I will also state that if you do three runs of the game (one serving each joinable faction) you can fill the peace meter in all provinces without needed to grind to do so.

re: the weird pauses, that seems like its been happening with many characters throughout the videos and it sounds very awkward. It does seem like maybe part of the reason is they're trying to match the English lines to the Japanese lip sync?
