The greek mythology nerd in me exploded when I saw the underworld build. Now I'm going to explain what the things in that build were. The river was the River Styx, which divides earth and the underworld. The 'heaven' was Elysium, which is where people who were really good ended up. The purgatory was the Fields of Asphodel, where all the medicore people went, all they did there was walk forever and ever. And lastly, 'Hell' was the Fields of Punishment, where the bad souls are punished.

Also since she asked in the video about who that museum exhibit was about it was about Juliet Capulet from Romeo and Juliet. basically in verona, Italy, where the story took place, there is a Juliet balcony that they just chose and said yup that's the real balcony that Juliet was on in the balcony scene (which is funny because Juliet is a fictional character-) but yeah I figured that was a fun easter egg to include. (What the fuck was my grammar just now-)

The last build definitely has elements of Greek Mythology. The flower fields being Elysium and Tartarus being what people classed as ‘hell’ when it’s really just the underworld, where hades rules over (no he is not the devil or satan.) he’s the god of the underworld and Persephone is his wife, she rules over both dimensions. She stays in Elysium for the whole of spring and summer then goes down to join hades after spring and stays with him til the next spring. Hades just vibes down there for eternity lol

Not quite. Persephone spends half the year out of the underworld, making Earth's trees and flowers bloom during spring and summer, and when she goes back to the underworld, those trees and flowers start decaying, thus bringing fall and winter to Earth. Hades rules the whole underworld, which includes Elysium (where heroes, rightgeous and virtuous people go), the Asphodel meadows (for ordinary people, devoid of greatness and who didn't commit significant crimes went) and Tartarus (where the Titans were cast to and criminals are punished for their acts)

I believe the first build is based on those because there are some witches and the world is flat and on some elephants 🐘 riding on the back of a turtle 🐢 though the world is full size not just one house. There is this guy “Death” who talks really deep like death but says some things that are things normal humans would say, it’s hard to explain but I think you’d like that character 🙃

From one of the Discworld novels "Carpe Jugulum": Granny Weatherwax: "There's no grays, only white that's got grubby. I'm surprised you don't know that. Depending on which mythology and type of fairies you truly mean they have completely different temperaments. Most typically show them as chaotic creatures. Fae typically stay out of human problems, but do mess with humans a lot. Especially if you are thinking about pixies. Chaos is the game and they will always play. Not necessarily in an evil manner. Pixies don't usually want to hurt people, they just like to see reactions. If they kill you, they lose out on the fun, you know.

you can control your sims with WSAD using Victor Andrade's Direct Controls (mod, ofc). And you can use shift+tab in-game to see in first person. The mod is compatible with that which is as close as we'll get to playing the sims in first person...
