If you look physically strong and at the same time are perceived as kind in nature - that is a seductive combination for women. A muscular guy in the company of a baby or dog is probably the best example of something that draws flattering female attention. Consistently.

For those still doubting the body game, check on youtube for videos of female guards sleeping with prison inmates. What money does a prisoner have ?, what status does he have?, matter of fact it was the women buying these prisoners gifts. If you watch those vids and still doubt the bodygame then you probably got some serious issues.

The same with celebrity wives. Their wives are always cheating with the bodyguard/driver. A bodyguard doesn't make any real money when compared to a celebrity but some of the wives will risk it all to cheat.

I myself don't prefer to be cut. I rather have a bit of body fat. Cutting to see your abs just does'nt make sense if your not competing or is your job. People in general really don't care if you have visible abs. Plus to maintain the look will make you miserable. I prefer a happy medium to maintain. But this is just me. Do what you want and makes you happy

The reason I rock with the body game so much is because everyone wins. I have two other friends. One is 6 ft 4 and about 225, the other is 5 ft 10 about 240. I’m 5 ft 9 and about 185 pounds. I’m on the slimmer side. All of our bodies have a different masculine expression, But we all get love when we go out.

In addition to the body game. There is a body type to suit your frame. Everybody can't be lean and everyone can't be buff. As long as you are in shape thats all that matters. I've seen people that have lean body build trying to add over 50 pounds to their frame. However, they can't maintain this in the long run without health issues. On the reverse side, there are people trying to drop over 50 pounds and their body in the long run will have issues with the weight loss.

Body Game is the truth, went from 160lbs skeleton, to a 180lbs with broad shoulders and a chest that makes my shirts hang off my body, been in the gym in 2 years. still got a skinny frame, but i hit the shoulders and chest non stop. went from getting disgusting looking BIG white women to dimes with tattoos and women that I never thought I would be messing with 2 years ago. Thank you for explaining this out even more Uncle Rom, when i read your book is when I started my Body Game Journey. I don't have a six pack and my muscles are that defined, but my body looks really good a lot of women say. If i'm in the right lighting, my six pack shows hahaha but otherwise im just a skinny but built looking dude, 6'1 and veins on my forearms and biceps. Thank you for changing my perception on what women find attractive during the Plandemic.

Been practicing body game for about 3 months, been hitting the gym 5x a week and I’ve been putting on mass and getting wide so quick my peers in the gym and friends let me know they notice my progress. Today me and my boy left the gym quickly to buy a bottle of water as he didn’t bring one. On the way, there was a bus stop across the road with about 4-5 girls presumably my age (20-21) waiting, my boy proceeded to let me know that these women were staring tf outta me and so I looked behind and saw all of them locked, heads turned and eyes on me and they didn’t shy away when I made it clear I noticed them looking. I was wearing a black tank top and a durag and my goatee wasn’t trimmed so I wasn’t looking my best but that didn’t matter clearly. This is probably my first taste of the benefits of body game from women and it’s feel good😂😂👌🏾listening to Uncle Rom has gotten me far so I’ll continue. Love from London, UK.💯💙

If I may add something to the subject of genetics: it's that genetics determine the kind of training program that will be optimal rather than a person's potential. The primary reason why so many men think that their genetic potential is low is that most lifters try to train just like somebody else instead of training the way that is best for them by learning to work with their individual bodies. It's realistically only the superheavyweight bodybuilders who truly come close to maximizing "genetic potential". You have to train like yourself to be your best self.

I been working out since January this year, my genetics and work out ethics have definitely carried me. I did my research on proper muscle growth, but I'm also cut, I'm only 160. I really don't know where I fit. I do know that my arm genetics are pretty damn nasty. I don't use creatine, only protein powder, zinc, and vitamins as my supplements, but the pump man the pump. The more I work out, the more veins start appearing. Even I'm shocked when I work out sometimes. I have realize that a lot of people spent years to get the physique I or a certain degree of it. I honestly took me 6-8months but I worked hard. Gym only for 30-45minutes, but basketball 4-5 times a week when I was losing weight.

I think I’m standard uncle Ron I work 60 hrs a week and do home workouts. But then again people do tell me I look like I workout because my chest still out and decent shoulders. I’m kind on the thicker side 5’8” between 185 and 190. And a lot of women love a man with some weight on them. I work warehouse and I be lifting shit on the regular.

I think "Advance" is the sweet spot that can be achieveable by a lot of people, without being too restrictive on yourself. Of course you gotta put in the work, but you don't have to dedicate your life to it, and get a LOT of options at the same time. When I started working out, I noticed the standard benefits with just home workouts and protein. I got a glimpse of advance after joining the gym, working out 6 days a week, with diet and more supplementation. And the difference is definitely awesome. Women are waaaay more eager to talk to you and be associated with you. So, even if it's not perfect, and you get in between "Standard" and "Advance", you will see way more options. Just by trying to make the jump.

I specialises in Oly lifts and I have really wide back and thicks arms from calisthenics. Dont have abs infact my tummy comes out after taking a meal. Dont have love handles though.
