I love your videos. I'm a mid level senior and out of work. There seems to be too few good opportunities for us either right now, and i'm not getting too many interviews or not getting the jobs. I get shortlisted and then knocked out of the running (and yes i'm push for remote roles, harder to get) I would love to see some vids aims at our level as we need advice from a great principle level designer like yourself. We hurting too!

Hi Ines! Great video, what's your take on the buzz around ghost jobs? Could this be why people don't hear back as well? How could we tackle this if it's true

Yes, I am currently investigating the ghost jobs topic, but honestly, I am still not sure it's not a myth. The jobs that I see in Germany all seem real because they are closed in a couple of weeks. So, apparently, it's something from the US. I also don't think UX designers are affected that much by this, but I might be wrong. Have you ever encountered ghost jobs, and how do you identify one?
