@9:35 you're not alone. All types of people go through it, single, married, with kids and without, overwhelmed , overworked it's like a man's midlife crisis. Start off with the gym seeing you like it and it's helped you in the past . If that doesn't satisfy you try something else. How far are your friends from you? Have a coffee or brunch catch up with friends once a week or month. See that one hour as Josiah's morning or afternoon school break . I myself started doing things that are out of my comfort zone and so I don't get bored I'll go onto something else for a while and get back to it another day .

I feel like that from time to time. Especially when I 'm not able to do certain things. It gets kinda lonely at times and you doubt yourself and you feel like you not being productive like you would like. I have compared myself to others and what they are doing and you feel left out because you don't do some of those things. Or just seeing others going places and doing things that you would like to do. I feel like I should be doing more. And then someone comes along and let's me know that I 'm doing what I 'm supposed to be doing and I am helping others etc. I try to focus on myself because most of the times the people that you're looking at aren't happy and having issues themselves. When I feel like I'm getting down and hard on myself, God will always gives me a reality check and shows me that I have it a lot better than I think 🧐 etc. And I always thank him and ask for forgiveness for thinking 🤔 and feelings like that. I 'm very creative and positive as possible and I like to cook, and do crafts and word puzzles, word searches coloring reading. I do diamond painting and it helps me with stress and I like to learn and I like to laugh. So I watch comedys etc. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊 And I forgot that I journal and write things down that I 'm grateful for etc
