Repeat this affirmation as often you can, 5-10 minutes a day, to sweep out the negative concept of debt. Such concept does not exist in Divine Mind and so if you owe anyone anything or you're obligated to them in anyway shape or form, it is time to wipe out this concept in your mind.
There are polar opposites to everything in life. Denial gives us the ability to let go of the old, the outworn, the negative attitude, the incorrect belief. We are given power to refuse and reject what is not in our best interest. What we resist persist, but denials give us the chance to make room for what we want in life. Affirmation, on the other hand, gives us the ability to accept the newer, the truer, the higher, the more correct attitude and belief. It gives us the ability to say "Yes" and to accept better concepts of divine ideas.
"It is found that, by the use of these mind forces, man can dissolve things by denying their existence, and that he can build them up by affirming their presence. This is a simple statement, but when it is applied in all the intricate thought forms of the universe it becomes complex.
