The low sai are better if you know your enemy has someone that has a semigood mid-high fast projectile, or subzero's projectile, since lowsai is pretty fast and will drop Mileena down. Other wise that, using the normal version is better.

it also has a bleeding effect if it punishes a high projectile, at least if I remember how the low sai kb works.

As a competitive and casual mileena player, her drawbacks are vastly outweighed by her abilities and combat capabilities. Granted, I've been playing with her for several years so I know how to optimize her gameplay but she is a solid character once you get to know her kit and everything! I appreciate you showing my favorite character some love! ❤

Mileena is so bad it's not even funny this game. So many of her options either don't work like they should or leave her open to a punish. she's basically one of if not the worse character.
