Honestly I think the best strat in the current meta is to have one person hard feed then everyone group to shut down the person who got fed on the enemy team then hard feed again and then you have 10k more gold than the enemy team and they only have 1 full build player and you roll them.

Elo hell does exist when you're smurifng. After 10-20 win streak your MMR goes so high, that they start matching you with players much better than you while giving you absolute trash players, this is not a joke. You will still climb out of it, but you'll keep getting 40-60% winrate from now on which means you'll need to be lucky at promos.
