In march of 2022 I had minimal invasive surgery to trim a herniated disc. It didnt help. I’ve had a numb right foot for over 4 years and get numb up n down my right side when active especially in concrete. Wonder if this guy could help?

You ok? Seems like you drifted off mid sentence. Legs raised. Lower legs parallel to the bed. Upper legs not 90 degrees to the bed. Just like on the table. Not really that hard is it? If the guy fixes people, which hundreds of his videos show, I'd say that's real medicine.

@@berticusmaximus8381 it's physical therapy. It's very important, but chiros shouldn't be doctors. I've been watching Gary since before 6 years. I love ring dingers but this isn't medicine.
