I've never been a big fan of Riftmaker on Swain.... idk why it just doesn't feel like it performs on him that well. I feel like unless its all AD on the enemy team, Spirit Visage just feels better on him.

Phase rush 100% works but aery hell no thats the most usless at that point just go whatever the keystone is that gives you different keystones the best on him is conq or electrocute or phase rush full stop anything else you are just handy capping yourself

I go rylais first, followed by rocket belt. Noone sees the dash coming and they can never escape ur r. It's busted, especially since rocket is so cheap now.
