I just started a sandbox world, with a few modifications. My intention was to build a haunted house/dungeon inside a cave, full of traps and enemies. Ive built a prefab castle and a custom piece. Both times I experienced horrible lag. It wasn't as bad on the prefab, because I didn't need to scroll to find the builds. But it was absolutely horrible on the custom design. There really isn't that much to it, but it still took hours to build. This needs fixed ASAP.

It's actually pathetic how we got 0 new content basically, besides a few builds. I play this alongside BR as much as possible, even have an entire temple area for food storage with chests of everything, and at this point I am so burned out coz there's no new content. Yeah sure, we got the Klombo and new islands, but that was a bare minimum update to modern standards and for the prices they charge for passes and builds. I did everything by 4 days after the update came out, 3 hours a day. It's just an unfinished mode with lackluster content. We desperately need a roadmap.

I agree. I have been playing since it was released. While I appreciate having a new biome, I found Lost Isles to get very repetitive very quickly. We need meaningful missions, tasks, and cool things to find. I'd also love if there were unique (not repetitive) POIs that you had to find with characters that gave you something meaningful or some kind of mission.

I feel like the Lost Island update was amazing, but this new Halloween Lego Pass feels less exciting since unlike the tropical pass there aren’t any biomes where the spooky builds fit that well in

@Kaz I found a way to get the new Halloween villagers if you already have a existing world before the update: all you have to do is move your village square to a any different spot and they will immediately appear

The build lag is horrible. Mine is freezing way longer than a few seconds between builds. It has kicked me from the game completely twice. Memory issues even in a new village with basically nothing in it and out in the wild too as someone else mentioned. I also don’t plan to abandon my nana villages and would check on them from time to time if only I had my village square back! (I had the same issue you had…duplicated and vanished)

When I go into my chests they come up with all different random loot. Then my inventory everytime I'd check it would change to different items and quantities. Couldn't even play with it like that. Hope it gets fixed.

Absolutely I’m also having trouble with the game showing me a memory issue message even when I’m out in the wild. Even went to another map with just 1 house in the village and it still gave me the same message “low memory…” like how?? It’s one small house with nothing around in sight 🤦🏾‍♂️

@@jordywillaert-rt9qt I was an OG player from Day 1 posting vids on Reddit and it was 10000X worse at launch. I hit build limits and crashed left and right. I took off 8 months and randomly came back last week. No more build limits so far even with adding on to existing builds I was blocked from and they've added 4 new enemies since I left. For a free game I couldn't ask for more.

The build lag was horrendous for me on Saturday, but it wasn't nearly as bad today. Only a slight hiccup once in a while, not quite as smooth as before but better. Maybe they're making gradual fixes, hopefully it will be back to normal soon.

I just played in both survival and sandbox and the lag was horrendous in both modes. Taking up to TWO MINUTES to load the next line down in the build menu. Not only the guided builds but just choosing parts to build with or place. It's driving me crazy. I have high speed internet so it's not internet lag, it's on Epic's side. Esp since everyone is experiencing lag. Not a very enjoyable time to play. Guess we got tricked. Also it makes no sense that those of us with day 1 worlds can't have that Tricky Treater villager come visit.

Epic fumbling this gamemode hard its abovious we were supposed to get more content for the update but epic cant manage to update the game without breaking it more.
