This was a fabulous reading. I’ve been trying to release so much that I’ve been feeling my body in so much pain since I’m in that final push of a ‘metamorphosis’ period. Im changing my mindset, my body as now I’m getting back into working out (I start pole dancing today!), and I’ve been breaking out like crazy after being practically acne free for 2 years. I view acne as either a purge of an old self or showcasing that you’re stuck in one version of self you don’t need to be.
