I'm really glad I went back also. If it was terrible, I would have just released Angie's Lobster and been done with it, but it was obvious they're trying to improve. Some of the back of house came out and said they saw my video and started to implement some changes. Seeing the homemade fingerling potatoes gave me a lot of hope, but finding that seasoned crab fry made everything worth it. I hope it comes out awesome when you make it! Thanks for watching Holly!

Shin, you’re so kind. I will say all their produce looks amazing and all their prepared dishes looked really good. Best looking scrambled eggs I’ve seen at any breakfast buffet. Gravy looked nice and I love that they offered a BAKED cheesecake, which I think is pretty rare at buffets. I’m used to seeing no bake cheesecakes. You said they added the buffet after not doing it for a while? Maybe they will expand selection as they go. If this establishment wa serving food but no buffet, it’s possible the head chef had to shift to running the menu for the buffet and might be not as experienced coming up with an exciting buffet array. Might be used to a good home cooking standard menu. Sorry for the novel. Would be neat to check up on this place in a year or so. Thank you for sharing, shin 😊 I would pay $30 for this to get the prime rib, b&g, and cheesecake lol. I hope they expand their ethnic selection!

@@VegaswithShin I thought of it because I am a salad-bar-aholic (as long as they are robust and customers use proper manors) ;-). Thus, when I pile on the salad and fixin's, it bugs me that the dressing is all the way at the end, when in fact, I need to layer my salad with a little bit of dressing mid-way - and so I go back and forth between condiments, lettuces, dressings zig zagging my way and doing my best not to annoy people doing so LOL. Thus I love the thought this restaurant put into their salad bar ! Whether they meant to or not 🙂 Also I would love to spend an ample time at a downtown or strip Vegas resort buffet at their salad bars but most places have that darn 90 minute time limit when in fact, I not only like to feast first at the salad bar taking my time, i am also a notoriously slow eater LOl ! At your convenience, do you know of a LV buffet that has no time limit. a robust salad bar AND super duper prime rib o ribeye ? Good review buddy. I really enjoy watching your reviews. I think you do a good job compared to most youtubers, when describing the foods you try. A lot of details as well as in depth analysis on the food and how they taste, compared to most youtubers. You sound like a food critic. When i see many youtubers trying restaurants, too many of their reviews sound exaggerated when describing how good the foods are at every single restaurant they visit. Now that's an interesting idea. I didn't see boiling water outside of the crab boil so I'm not sure if they were prepared for that. Personal opinion, there's no way I am eating at a buffet, food that sits out for who knows how long. 99% of it is frozen factory food, and then you have hundreds of people going by poking their fingers, sneezing, little kids infested with who knows what. Everyone I know that has eaten buffet has then spent the rest of the day in the bathroom. Thank you but no, I'll stick with fresh food.

Unfortunately IMHO you are closing yourself off to alot of great food & opportunities. I certainly understand your concerns because I have those thoughts too. But as Shin points out these folks at BB work extremely hard at keeping things clean and appealing. Hopefully you will change your mind thru counseling or further research. This is Las Vegas, these are the best buffets in the world, this place thrives on tourism and improving people’s ‘personal opinions’ just like yours. They have an unlimited budget to do so and best believe they spare no expense. Skip the buffets if you want I guarantee you’re missing out! Buffalo Bills is an old place that you see while driving in- it’s not on the strip. So don’t base your opinion on Vegas on this video.
