I'm glad that there's a channel that is literally soothing my inner child and it's weird obsessive nature of wanting to break out of maps and levels in games and halo being one of my favorite game series to break out of. Seriously tho it's amazing that you have a channel that is dedicated to this kind of niche you're probably one of my favorite channels on KZbin at the moment purely because of videos like this. This is a very small area but on the last mission where the floating nude guy easter egg is, you can actually get to the bottom of that pit from the very end of the tunnel. You will get caught in an elastic barrier and unable to get out or have anywhere to go, but it's neat to do. Honestly, it would be really cool to see a video of a ton of small random spots in halo you can get to, but ones that wouldn't be able to be a full video. Might be neat!

I have many questions after watching your videos. How many people in Halo history have been to the spots you go to (for example, in this video)? Are you often the first and you’re finding these map exploits yourself? Or is there an underground community and you all communicate strategies? Some of these areas are so bizarre and take so long to reach, it seems improbable that others have done this. @TheShiltShow curious to hear your perspective on the novelty and history of boundary breaking in Halo 3. I don't know If I remember correctly it's been so long, but I remember the auto turrets turn hostile after killing 343 guilty spark. I swear I remember being killed by my own auto turret on the way out of the 343 fight. I thought it was a fun little fact

if u use the official mod tools, u can get some great footage / screenshots from any angle from the map, load multiple BSPs at the same time, and toggle level collision visibility, i think it would add a very clear visual demonstration of the places ur getting to! :3 i could help if needed ofc. as always, love ur dedication for Halo trick perfection (:

I find it pretty funny the master chief can survive a fall from practically orbit but cant survive a 3 second fall. I know why they did it but its just a rather funny point to me.

it seems like it falls inconsistently some times when youre jumping off it, its going slower than other times. really odd half the time after your 3rd jump its got too much distance between you and the item and you die. what it looks like to me is when you made it successfully your jumps were on the edge of the item so it twirls more so the distance between you and the item is less.

Not sure if you ever will read this comment, but have you tried crouch jumping onto the turret and time your first jump so that it exactly takes 3 seconds to reach the turret? It so many times looked like you only need 1 more second to reach the floow.

I think the distance the turret was falling was based on where you landed on it? So if you hit it straight on then it went the furthest amount down, but if you hit it to the side it fell less due to some of the momentum being sideways. Could be wrong tho
