6 months late, but still- the 60 fps are just as hard as the 240 fps challenges. That's because you need to click for 1 or 2 frames and then let go for 1 or 2 frames, which is why they're at 60.

2:07 Yeah, that is an auto clicker on 0 milliseconds. The guy playing is obviously using one and the map was built for that. Notice how the spikes are at an upward slant. That's because they formed it around where the wave goes with the clicker on, which is slowly upward. Although, it is still hard to align the wave before turning on the auto clicker.
