Hi Gaz Do you know if theres a public bus service coming into & around the LaTorre Resort with Links to Murcia Town if you dont have a car

Hi Andy I think you can get a bus from Roldan to Murcia there are 4 departures per day. Roldan is a 25 minute walk from La Torre Golf Resort about 3km. There a bus to Los Alcazares on the coast and obviously places in between. There is a railway station in Balsicas a small town just a few km from La Torre

Buying a property in La torr is the place busy or is it quiet that is to say apartments half empty ? Thanks Paul

Hi Paul the resort is busy I believe that there are more people living full time now on La Torre than ever before with more commercial properties opening soon I understand that a Chinese restaurant is opening very soon.

We bought an apartment on La Torre we got at a fair price it's a base for us to travel about all over the southern Mediterranean areas of Spain. It depends on your circumstances really if you're going to live permanently or visit for holidays if you've got children, if you'll need to work.

@@biggazinspain We plan to use it our self with in the 180 day rule, kids all flown the nest, but we do have grandchildren.

I think once you've had a look around the resorts and the local area you'll know if it's for you. We love it here I probably manage 10 weeks a year at the moment.
