Here's three glaring examples of Britain's institutional racism. Via its latest diversity drive, the BBC plans to spend £80,000,000 annually to ensure it employs a hugely disproportionate number of ethnic minority people. The BBC does not seem to understand that in doing this they are causing millions of young people (whose heritage can be described as 'native white') to be the victims of routine and systematic racial discrimination. The failing NHS now employs more than 800 people in well-paid 'diversity' roles to try to achieve similar targets. The government seemingly has no idea what these people will do all day after their diversity quotas have been met (apart than to produce new targets to further discriminate against the native population). Amazingly, in recent years British police forces have openly advertised career opportunities clearly stating that young white heterosexual males will not be considered. In terms of promotion prospects, racial discrimination within police forces is rife. This is institutional racism.

@@adamjones7276 What he means, is the riots were largely due to mass migration from the Middle East with Islamic extremism and culture becoming more and more prevalent in the UK - even though it's not compatible. Calling it racist is nonsensical because Islam is not a race. It's an ideological belief system. It'd be like calling someone racist for being critical of Christianity.

I disagree. The underlying driver is a fear by many sections of of the indigenous community that mass illegal immigration is out of control and lack of integration by ethnic minorities is causing segregated communities with different traditions, cultures, beliefs and allegiances. The unprecedented change in British society in the last few decades worries many as they see their traditions , values and way of life under threat, demographically. That is a natural fear and is not racist. However, it does not excuse violent and thuggish behaviour and rioting.

The underlying driver is the very low birth rates of the indigenous who have most succumbed to the sexual revolution and have small families. Governments then tackle this problem by using legal migrants to tackle skills shortages and this in turn causes a vicious cycle.

Two tier policing, religious issues, not listening to the every day British person or the everyday working class brit In this country 🤷‍♂️ , not taking islamists seriously , policing and treating certain protests groups differently to others and much more ! I would say 5% from the so called "far left " and the so called " far right " were their through racist motivations but the rest their were due to the reasons that I have stated above.
