This song is a masterpiece. I am not an avid country music fan but I have to say this song is incredible. Glenn's vocals along with the guitar solos remind me of a great R&B classic. I can't believe this only has 50k views. This song should be a classic, maybe someday it will be.....

Because it doesn't sound country. Sounds like John Lennon

There's no me ...without you, this such a beautiful song. !! My husband of 44 years has been gone since 2009. I still hurt and miss him so much. I love Glen Campbell and will miss him and his music. I fell in love with his music while we were station overseas. I listened to him constantly. He helped over 2 years make time go by faster. GOD blessed him with so much talent. GOD blessed me with a wonderful man to share my life. Cheryl

Was it try that he was suffering from Alzheimer's when this was recorded? I just heard this song on the radio, and can't believe how every note of the guitar solo just falls perfectly into place. then the DJ talked about his condition during the recording.
@eddiepage18796 жыл бұрын
Yep me too never heard it before Simon Mayo played it a few weeks ago from a recommendation of a listener can't stop playing it now exquisite!
@snowgirl90946 жыл бұрын
Yes, I believe he was, but research suggests that people with Alzheimer's somehow retain their knowledge of music even when struggling with more simple tasks, and singing can be a great therapy too. What a talented man, RIP.
