I truly hope more people follow this channel. For many years, I was afraid to run and felt condemned to a life limited to cycling. Knowing that I can learn to run forefoot and minimize chance for knee damage is so empowering. Both heel strike runners and non runners can benefit and experience the freedom and happiness of running long distance.

New to the channel. So if you're forefoot striking you shouldn't be landing right on the balls of your feet? You need to land kind of on the outside of your foot near your pinky toe?
