Theory: the "mother" character is a worker from the mental institution my reasoning being that number 12 is Yuri considering the knives part but all the dokis could be there because of various problems Yuri being suicidal thoughts and actions the same with sayori natsuki would be malnutrition and Monika her psychopathic tendecys (hope I spelled that right) this is the past due to "mother" saying subject 12 was 4 years of age (Now this part is a large stretch but I think its possible) the dokis are put into super realistic vr headsets and have a different back story and set into a world made by the insane asylum/lab and have one MC AI that will be there to make them feel safe and therefore talk about things they wouldn't normally talk about. One more thing this headset theory would add up for vanilla ddlc and having Monika realize somewhat realize that she's in a game. Also yuris mental asylum would be an actuall mental asylum while natsukis would be home and her dad, sayori would be others contributing to her depression and having her emotions bottled up Monikas would be realising she's in a game and knowing that everything she's ever know is a lie. And finally I am done.

Awesome as always Bike! Okay, so as we know as of know 13 is Natsuki, 14 is MC and 15 is Sayori. That leaves two more subjects introduced in this video, subject 11 and 12. Considering the ending subject 12 was really good in handling knives and that almost is a proof that subject 12 is Yuri. That leaves subject 11, which should be Monika. But, there's a catch. At the beginning Mother said subject 11 was a complete failure, considering Monika to be the most sophisticated among all the characters it's hard to swallow that subject 11 is Monika. Perhaps Mother is referring to her self-awareness as failure? Anyways as it's more or less confirmed that subject 11 and 12 are Monika and Yuri that also proves that Mother is not Monika, she is someone else, a even bigger picture... Perhaps Libit***.....
