I'm NOT going to blame Jerry...not 100% anyway. In the past 24 years I can think of at least 3 Romo teams and 3 Prescott teams that HAD EVERYTHING that they needed to get to the Super Bowl and at LEAST the NFC championship. Only time it was actually STOLEN from us was the Catch No Catch Call because that was some BS. Other than that....those years, those teams...nothing more a GM or Owner could do. The talent was THERE the opportunity was there. Owner has done all he could. Dak Prescott had THREE 12-5 teams win the NFC East. Jerry can't play the playoffs for him. At that point....what can the owner or GM do? If a team can't get to the playoffs....that's on ownership and the GM. If a team has ALL the tools to get the playoffs and constantly shats the bed. That's on those PLAYERS on those TEAMS.
