Here is some info on the “False Kerfur” spoilers for those who don’t want to know. During the kerfus disappearance event, there is a chance that “Skerfuro” will spawn outside one of the windows in the base, leaving a pool of blood in its wake. Skerfuro is a blue Kerfur covered in blood, an eyeball replaces the camera in its chest, and the normal LCD display on its face is replaced by teeth.

That's where you end up when you somehow clip out-of-bounds - like vertically and in walls, not the OOB around the fence and beyond, that's treated differently. There's nothing there by the way, and no way out. Alt-F4ing is the only way out. It's basically a backrooms-joke, but very low-effort, and has been in the game for AGES. I imagine the dev probably has a built-in punishment for abusing the debug teleport key, which Poke kept triggering after using it too often, or on accident - which is how he kept ending up in that OOB gay baby jail.
