It isn't every day that an artist is showered with critical acclaim long before they even release an album, but in many ways, Jessie Reyez is charting her path to success in reverse.
The Toronto-raised singer-songwriter has won two Junos, received a Grammy nomination, worked with Eminem and Sam Smith on some huge hits, and she's set to become the opening act for Billie Eilish on one of the biggest tours of the year. She talks to Tom Power about her new album and the things she wasn't prepared for.
