@@devildogs1147 I know people like to headcanon stuff, and this one is a fun one, but just for anyone who doesn't know: Foolish and Dream are not actually brothers in the lore. Puffy confirmed it on one of her streams that Dream was never her son and that she saw him more as an "apprentice" of sorts. Just someone who followed her around that one time, and that people took the "duckling" thing as motherly and ran with it. But headcanon away :)

OMG, poor Sam during this whole thing! The vizor hiding his eyes, his ears being constantly low during this whole animatic, and DREAM! Just DREAM!!!!!! The way he just reminded Sam not to blab by tapping on the crown on his arm, AND SAM SEEING THE CROWN WITH HIS OWN EYES is just gut wrenching!!!!!!! And Dream looking for Quackity. He's going to carry out that threat he made in the prison and destroy Quackity And Foolish having people warn him about Dream and not really fall for any of his manipulations is kind of refreshing to see, especially with everything that's happened AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Oooh I love this, Dream is still trying to manipulate Sam into being his little helper, with the death glare, the nudges, the intimidation from the axe. Also Sam being so uncomfortable when he sees Dream, he's constantly moving, he's fidgeting with his sleeves, and he's very tense, very nervous, and scared. Foolish is kinda suspicious of Dream like when Dream and Sam are talking he knows that there's definitely something going on with them, or that Dream did something to Sam, also I love how sassy he is towards Dream. Also when Foolish took off Sam's visor to reveal his scar he looked so ashamed of what Dream did to him, and Foolish is more uncomfortable now that he found his scar. I love the little details, the green eyes and smile in Dream's mask whenever he's trying to manipulate people, George, Sapnap and Punz when Foolish said, "Maybe things would've worked out for you if you wouldve just made a couple FRIENDS." Love the animatic as always!

How Sam is just nervous and scared almost around Dream is portrayed in this just really is showing their relationship- Him jumping every time Dream says his name or touches him, raising a hand when Dream insults Tommy, cutting to the chase on Quackitys torture after Dream hit Sams crown, and the veil he’s wearing along with his mask and drooping ears- I can taste the Awesamangst. I CAN TASTE ITTTTT! Honestly just goes to show their acting skills and how great you are at capturing it! Great job as usual Grimmi!

Watching the stream of this back then was..difficult to watch. The tension around Sam and Dream is suffocating, even a demigod couldn't be fooled with the way they interact to each other. I'm no longer surprised that Sam is now a lapdog to Dream, if they already had their differences and past aside, there's no reason for Sam to fear Dream's power, unless..Dream still has control over him. Sam's full submission, hesitance, lies, he couldn't tell anyone what happenned and is forced to live under a lie, under constant pressure, knowing well Dream is watching him now. After his death, Dream ruined him, both physically and mentally..He no longer sees himself as a good guy, and his life is taken. He no longer has esteem, no trust to himself..and who's he going to rely on from now on? Of course the one who seems to know all, Dream. I love how Foolish is trying to get in between them, it's difficult for Sam to get out on this one on his own and requires a person away from the manipulation. But anyway, lovely animatic once more, Grimm, you're awesome>:DD

Wow, there is So much here. The little movements from Sam all throughout, Foolish *Sizing* Dream up, Foolish always ready to sass people he's sus of, you always animate Sam Just right in my opinion and it hasn't stopped here. Sam constantly trying to subdue Foolish by holding his shoulder, Dream giving him a Look for doing it even though they're both wearing masks. Honestly, MVP, Chat. I KNEW HE’D TAKEN SAM’S CROWN AS A TROPHY I FUCKING CALLED IT! And the full faced visor to hide the scar noooo. But the half cape is pog, ngl. Foolish was so awkward and clearly wary/skeptical of Dream and wanting to protect his kids and chat but he’s also just hella confused by everything XD. Sam subtly shifting to cover the kids and chat…big sad man gets a point for that lol. Sam’s body language throughout the whole thing was so scared and sad but in a drained way, kind of. Like he was so done with everything and doesn’t want to risk getting hurt again. Sam trying to cover for Foolish but moving his hand the instant Dream saw it on Foolish’s shoulder to hide the attachment. Foolish growing and scaring Dream was funny, and Foolish trying to tell Sam with his body language and words throughout the whole thing like “you can trust me it’s okay to tell me the truth” thing. Also how Foolish grew to respect and care about Quackity enough and being warned prior about Dream not to fall for his manipulations was cool. The friends bit was cool, teletubby got nobody lol. THE SCAR IS RED AAHHH. Fantastic job Grimmi, love this!

3:05 The mask lights up and Sam instantly pulls away from Foolish. Dream displayed displeasure with Sam getting physically close to Foolish, which implies closeness mentally, and Dream doesn't like his puppets getting ideas

The quiet little "okay" at 7:24 gets me to tears. You can just *hear* how little Sam actually wanted to tell Dream where he lived, and how little Sam wants Dream to visit, but abusive relationships of any kind are so hard to change (also, noteworthy that just before, Dream turned Sam into a servant, a little errand boy, a puppy playing fetch)

AGH this was so good!!! The way you show body language of the characters is great as always. Foolish getting increasingly more frustrated with Dream's sus behavior but trying to stay friendly, Sam hunched, nervous and fidgeting the whole time, Foolish being totally aware of this and concerned for his friend... And the two being worried about the kids' safety + the doozers hidden in foosh's hood were nice touches that added a lot of life to the scene. Sam's "I'm gonna run" breaks my heart every time I hear it
