Their wing defenders kinda like react for every kobe size up you do. You probably need to mix the size up combinations a little bit rather than fake speed boosting or immediately speed boosting out of a single dribble. It also saves your adrenaline overall (sometimes it consumes the adrenaline up when you stop too late). It kinda works similar to what you’re doing but with more complex exit for the defenders to read. It will also allow you to see what the defense are trying to do as you dribble. Just take this as a humble tip from another 5-out player. Overall it’s still a very very good outing though. Composure is also off the charts.

To counter that he needs to 1. time the dot pass to the wing 2. do a little more size up combinations to mess up the blitz timing and also to see the reaction of the defense. 3. Call wing cut/slip/fefe and find the dot.
