Hi guys, How are you? Long time no video😁. I’m finally done with my semester exams so I have some time now to catch up with you guys. Here are the tips concerning the refreshed braids All you need to know - This refresh method is absolutely safe if and only if you read and understand all I have to say . - I refreshed my braids at 6 weeks which means the roots were already lose and no more tight. Don’t try to refresh your braids if the roots are still tight (you’ll get alopecia) - You must not carry it longer than 3 weeks to a month as it can cause more harm than good, that was why I made it clear in the full video on KZbin that it was a temporary fix - Can it cause breakage? Yes . But if you carry it for the appropriate amount of time and carefully take it down you’ll have no issues. This is my second time refreshing my braids this way and I can tell you that I’ve been absolutely fine and my hair has never been better. - How do you take it down? You take it down normally just the way you’d lose your knot less braids when they are due . Do the same thing and when you get to the roots use your tool to loosen that portion too. If it’s hard or difficult employ your oils and conditioners to make it slippery enough. Hope this helps you❤️

I've had braids in for two months too but had 5 times less than the shedding you had... I guess it depends on the kinda hair....

Depends on the length of your hair as well, my hair is long so I guess it’ll look bulky
