This is the only channel with this kind of content I've ever come across with someone who actually knows how to tell a compelling story and synopsis. Like there are people who are dedicated to the lore of a single game or universe, but you manage to have that level of quality for every game you cover. Very well done.

Love your work on videos like these TikTok! 35:36 - 36:40 While I admit that Stephano going down like a bitch despite having virtually the same type of power as Ruvik did is kinda nonsense, I think there is a type of logic to it. Ruvik was not only a genius, he created STEM to begin with, and after Mobius literally attached his brain to the system Ruvik had basically nothing to do but plan his escape and his revenge. He knew how STEM worked inside and out, he was calculating, and was never stupid enough to actually put himself in a situation where he could actually be killed before he could body hop into Leslie. He also had a reason (albeit a fairly twisted one) to not kill the protagonists; he saw them as an opportunity to do his dirty work for him in the future. Stephano, on the hand, is different. While quite gifted in his ability to use the STEM system, he's far more arrogant and ultimately less cautious than Ruvik. While STEM was a prison for Ruvik that he wanted escape at any cost, it was God-level power trip for Stephano that ultimately went to his head and made him forget that he was still mortal in the end. He could have killed the detective several times over with his control over Union at that point, but didn't for no other reason than his own amusement, a mistake that ultimately cost him his life.

Indeed. Ruvik and Stefano are both sadistic, selfish, calculating villains, but despite both being (mentally) marred beyond repair, they still have their creativity, unconventional thought patterns, and visions of using STEM for something greater than Mobius could ever understand. You are right in saying Stefano's arrogance, his toying with Sebastian when he should have crippled him, was his undoing. However, he struck many similar beats to Ruvik, which appealed to many fans/watchers of the first game, even if it was ultimately Myra that got the "lady Ruvik" makeover and the motives most similar to the genius-level psychopath.
