She's a minor character, but I like Mount Lady's development. From the glory-stealing rookie in episode 1, and using her prettiness to get free meals in S2, to tanking a villain with her face here. She's proof that Stain's ideaology is wrong. Some heroes who start out for money, fame or whatever, can rise to the occasion when needed.

Just love this rescue. And I love Kirishima/Bakugo friendship. Kirishima is just so adorable. He totally ignores what Bakugo says and just looks at what he does, and admires how intelligent and quick on his feet he is. Seeing Bakugo through his eyes like that just gives a different perspective. And I think that Bakugo relaxes with him because he knows Kirishima doesn't judge him. Not that he'll ever admit it, of course.

It's less judgment and more that "this guy gets how cool I am." Like him or not, egocentricism is a huge part of Bakugo's character

@@relic5752 Yes, it's partly that, but I think also it's that Kirishima isn't making any demands on him. Bakugo can yell at Kirishima to get lost, and Kirishima will cheerfully go "Okay, dude" and follow him anyway. Kirishima is very straightforward. Actions mean far more to him than words. And I don't think it's Kirishima thinking he's not worth being polite to, because everyone else is nice to him. He chooses not to mind Bakugo's rudeness. That might change in the future, I don't know - maybe Kirishima will find he's had enough, or maybe even Bakugo will change his behaviour - but that's where they seem to be now.

If he changes towards anyone/everyone else it’s going to have to be either something someone else drills into him or maybe just some internal growth? Who knows, miracles might happen! 😃 But why are you worried about Kirishima getting too much credit anyway? Wouldn’t bother me if he did. He’s adorable!

Why would Kirishima change Bakugo if he doesn't judge or do something about his attitude unlike Kaminari?? I don't get the logic here. All Kirishima did whenever Bakugo does harsh things just shout " Bakugo!", "Why?!" Nothing in a way like Kaminari during the provisional license exam where he explained not to do something as harsh as shouting to other people who needs rescue to become a good hero.

AFO doesn't really have limits on the quirks he steals. He just couldn't use that teleportation quirk well because he just got it and hadn't figured it out completely yet.

The quirk itself still has limits. This warp quirk wasn’t the same as Kurogiri’s.

11:06 Yeah, Gran Torino knocked Dabi out last episode, because his fire Quirk was ill-suited for Kamui Woods' restraints. For the end discussion, the limit isn't on All for One's forcible activation. It's the black slimy Quirk that's limited. It can only take people to him, or send them to someone he knows, and over a short range. That's why he used Kurogiri's warping Quirk instead, to bypass that limitation of the Quirk he stole/owns.

When Deku is thinking about that reckless plan to save Bakugo and asking Kirishima to take Bakugo's hand, it's really hard and sad for him. He knows that he couldn't save Bakugo in eps. 7 just to be saved by someone else in this episode.

So many amazing moments in this episode. From the Bakugo rescue to All Might VS AFO to seeing Shigaraki break down. It was all wild. All For One teaching Shigaraki even during the middle of a battle shows that while he is still a villain, he is also a teacher. And he needs his successor to grow and bloom on his own. Into his own symbol of terror and destruction.

All For One doesn't have any limits on the quirk, he gets the same exact quirk from whoever he absorbed it from. The "I can only send people short distances and to or from me" is a limit the ooriginal quirk owner had and All For One took that limit. Kurogiri's warping is just better than that quirk's warping

The thing I always hated about the Bakugo rescue is how it was extremely obvious that he could have gotten away by himself. He literally covered the entire distance of their "escape plan" in a matter of 2 seconds without help. At no point do they move faster than he can move by himself, making the entirety of their effort absolutely pointless. Bakugo should have just hauled ass right out of the gate and the exact same result would have occurred. There are genuinely really awesome moments in the show. And then there are moments like the bakugo rescue that are just so unnecessary and forced that it makes me eyeroll at the stupidity of the characters. It's why I have a love/hate relationship with this show.

AFO quirk is absolutly bonkers but it has clear limits the most obvious one is that he still needs to learn how to use the powers he steals, that's why he didn't take Best Jeanist quirk because it's not that his quirk is powerfull Jeanist is just that good at using it, because of that he only steals powers that are simple and easy to use

midoriya's escape plan was nice and all but if you really think about it, bakugo could've just escaped on his own since he pretty much just blew himself out of there far up from the ground where all the villains are, to where kirishima & pals are in the air. even w/o mt. lady intervention stopping mr. compress, bakugo can easily switch directions mid air by creating another explosion(even simultaneously) on different angles. all might was still keeping all for one busy and gran torino would've still arrived knocking magne and the other villains out.

Keep in mind, though, that part of the reason the plan succeeded was because the villains were caught off guard by Midoriya and friends. If he had tried blasting off by himself while all of them were totally focused on him, they could better anticipate where we was trying to go and block him off. Because they hesitated for a moment, he was able to seize the initiative and get well clear before they could head him off.

@Beep The timing for Gran Torino doesn't work in Bakugo's favor without the others to help. Beyond that: Bakugo doesn't have the means for sustainable speed like Iida, he only has so many big bursts like that before the recoil starts wearing him down and then he's definitely going to get captured again. Also worth noting that the *only* reason he was able to keep them at bay is because they are actively holding back to capture him, and even then he was at a stalemate. Bakugo couldn't waste time on a feint in order to move away without the group helping else an errant move gets lobbed his way from an opponent who didn't fall for said feint

@@silversunnybunny and he didn't need to know about gran torino arriving or have full knowledge of each of the villain's quirks just like he didn't know midoriya and the others were lurking somewhere close. all he needed to know was not to get captured which he was already doing great at. gran torino arrived shortly after deku initiated his plan which even if they weren't in there, would've still lead to bakugo's escape because gran torino knocked a bunch of them out.

There would have been hundreds, if not thousands of people nearby at the time. And AFO had never met any of the kids until that moment. And Ragdoll's quirk only allows the user to know the location and weaknesses of up to 100 people. But it specifically does NOT allow her to see them or know who they are without prior knowledge of them. She only sees each person as a star shaped point of light. So again, AFO had no clue the kids were there or who they were.
