The usage of these terms is quite confusing at first but, to be clear, so far there has been a distinction made between these 3 words: (a) Demon Lord Seed: the original Geld that ate Gelmud and then got eaten by Rimuru was one & Rimuru before the Harvest Festival/Demon Lord Evolution was also one (b) Demon Lord: seems to be a title that the 10 individuals of the 'council' hold [title] (c) True Demon Lord: Rimuru is the only one we know of and in his case the Harvest Festival ascended him from Demon Lord Seed to True Demon Lord and that came along with a race evolution that turned him from a Slime into a Demon Slime [race evolution] As for the 7/10 Demon Lords we have met so far, we do not know of any of them whether they are a Demon Lord Seed or True Demon Lord or something entirely else (well, except Clayman, who seems to be a Demon Lord Seed, since his goal is to awaken to become a True Demon Lord)

Milim is also a True Demon Lord. The legend story that Eren-chan told rimuru was abt Millim. So far only two have been confirmed as True Demon Lord. We'll see the rest later in future anime.

Treyni mentions multiple times that she used to serve the spirit queen. So you can put the pieces together and know that they used to serve Ramiris.

Remember that Ramiris is the "Queen of the Spirits"? Before she fell from grace to become a Demon Lord, the Dryads are actually under her care. And when she actually did fell from grace and disappeared, Veldora took in the Dryads and let them in the Great Forest of Jura in Ramiris' absence. That's why the Dryads serves Ramiris pretty well. Because she's their Queen. And that Ramiris and Veldora have a great connection as it is. Cause in a way, Ramiris is also indebted of Veldora for taking in the Dryads while she's gone.

Clayman is not indebted to Kazaleem. Kazaleem is the creator of Clayman, and the president of Harley Quinn alliance made up of such individuals. But after Kazaleem was killed by Leon, he was resurrected by Yuki into the body of that elf girl homunculus. So, Clayman is actually indebted to Yuki to bring back his creator. This is NOT a spoiler I am giving as this is exactly what has been shown in the past couple of episodes.

So the Anime doesn't really explain what Shion did to the prisoners. In the Manga & LN its explained that Shion used her Master Chef ability on them and basically reformed them into grotesque mounds of meat. That is why they are censored. Oh yeah, and they are still alive.

I think they will explain, but in the next season, through Diablo's thoughts, when he was bringing the prisoners to Falmuth in his mission. He needed to undo Shion's skill on his own, so he did analyzed Shion's skill otw to Falmuth. So, it's better to not mention it now as it could be a spoiler.

Of course it’s not a spoiler. Youm is the on that “rescues” the three prisoners according to the plan rimaru just laid out, they’re alive. They just censored the visual part of Shions “questioning” the prisoners into meat slices and rearranged body parts (inside and out 🤢). And kept alive.

@@codywild6182 Rimuru never mentioned the full details of the plan in the anime including the need to keep the prisoners alive. At least not in the anime. Especially after seeing that censored grotesque form of the prisoners, some anime watchers would just be left questioning if they're still alive now. They might be able to slightly guess that the prisoners are still alive but would not feel confirmed about it. So, confirming it early for them would be a spoiler. It might just be a minor detail for us that already know everything. But I still want to protect their experiences. That's all.

What you're looking at is the mangled and rearranged bodies of the prisoners. Because of her unique master chef ability Shion is able to rearrange them how she sees fit and imagines much like she is able to do to food while cooking it now. She was extremely pissed at them for forcing her kind, loving and benevolent lord to go against his values and kill humans. She wasn't really interested in interrogating her prisoners she just wanted to torture them.

What Shion did to those guys was super fucked up. Ive read alot of warhammer 40k books and for a minute I thought i was reading about what the drukhari would do to their victims after capturing them. She put her Unique skill, Master Chef, to use by choping up the king, the pope, and the sorcerer and basically morphing their bodies into many different shapes and forms all the while making sure they stayed in an agonizing state of conciousness. In the end, they turned out as a horrifying arrangement of organs, bones, and flesh all mixed together haphazardly (they were completely alive during the process and not having a very good time obviously). A full potion couldnt even revert them back to how they were. Probably one of the more disturbing things ive read about in a light novel. Probably best they sort of breezed over it in the anime.

hey. i wanna refresh something diablo/ Noir is a primordial demon the oldest of them all there are 7 fx red and black. black/diablo/noir is a "spirit" and he has his own "realm" where he has been spectating rimuru where he states that rimuru will be the one to show him the truth of this world he tried to be summoned by rimuru when he made that golem for ramiris but one from his own bloodline came before him. when rimuru summoned at the camp where the king was to capture razen there was such a big reward in the bodies and souls but someone else could have been summoned but because diablo/noirs strenght is too great he forced himself in front of the line and got summoned

The Demon Lord and the True Demon Lord are very different. Their powers are very different as sky and the abyss. It like a Dragons and true dragons have different meanings because there are only 4 true dragons in the world. The dragon was not as good as the True dragon, the power was obviously different. It may have been different in the Manga, as I have not read that. In the Light novels (Towards the end of volume 5) Rimuru puts Shion in charge of questioning the survivors, to be supervised by Yohm and Mjurran. About 25% of the way into volume 6 is Shion reading the report. SLIGHT SPOILERS BELOW: He then sends Diablo with the living remains, and Diablo undoes what Shion had done. As near as I can tell, the smile is just satisfaction that she followed Rimuru's orders. "I had given her three prisoners to interrogate. She had to take that job seriously or else it’d be pointless. It wasn’t an interrogation so much as torture at Shion’s hands, truthfully speaking. I had given permission for her to deal any kind of mental anguish she could think of, as long as physical pain wasn’t involved." "Depending on how things went, it might be better to let the king of Farmus and the archbishop live so we could more effectively use them. As long as Shion didn’t kill them, then, I was prepared to give tacit approval to whatever she did. If someone hits you, you gotta hit back. Hit back, put the fear of God in them, and make sure they never make the same mistake again. Shion was the perfect person to handle this, and once she extracted the info we needed, I was sure she’d give them a hearty meal-using Master Chef to make sure it tasted just the way she wanted. While Shion played the role of interrogator, I had other business to take care of." And in chaper 1 of volume 7 we get the clearer description: "What Shion had done was render them into a form almost too hideous to describe, something far removed from anything recognizably human. The sight and sensation of having that repeated over and over, seeing their bodies be disassembled and reassembled-all painlessly-broke all three of them for good. You could see it in their anguished expressions-when you could make out their faces at all, what with all the other exposed guts and viscera in the way. Returning them to Farmus like this, all of them could tell, was a bad idea. There is a Demon Lord and a True Demon Lord True demon Lord is a stronger Evolve version of Demon Lord and you have to be a Demon Lord to evolve to a true Demon Lord and you need to 20k souls to evolve to a true Demon Lord Clay Man is not a true demon lord yet so he needs lots of soul that is why he created a Orc Lord in the first place and Note you can't just evolve to a instant True Demon Lord you have to be a Demon Lord First but in Rimuru's case he had a seed to bcame a Demon Lord witch is the Orc Lord when he Devoured him that is why Rimuru bcme instant True Demon Lord.
