Thanks for doing this with these 3 videos. Been wanting to see Bruce do a solo show for over 3 decades and finally got to see this show with my son, a gift for his 19th birthday. I want us both to be able to remember this one, since we may never see another!

I fell in love with that song so many years ago when I first got into Maiden and Bruce's solo stuff. I never thought I'd see it live. I got goosebumps last night when they were playing it.

It should have, but Steve didn't write it..... (Before you start, I have been a Maiden fan for 30 years, and this wouldn't have existed if Bruce stayed in Maiden, but it's just an opinion)

It is split up in three parts, unfortunately. Why? It is 2024 and equipment can handle long files these days. I will look for other uploaders instead without the camera-wiggling and the full show in one file.

Ahem……This is a bunch of jive Turkey gobble gobble. Pretzel Logic if you will. Put the bong down and stay with me here. As a songwriter myself that kind of plays the SH role in my band -and knows Maidens history front to back….let me casually say , lie down before you hurt yourself and pay attention to how ignorant and clueless this comment is. Steve started Maiden yes. He’s the founder, visionary and wrote a good portion of the first 4 records ….but not entirely as you stated. The prisoner on NOTB was mostly Adrian’s song and is a very important one on that record that gives it a fresh dynamic. On Piece of Mind , the beginning of 4 masterworks, Bruce wrote Revelations in entirety, and Flight of Icarus with Adrian AND a good portion of Die with your Boots on. Flight was a very important song that helped Maiden break in the US and on radio and Revelations is a top 10 Maiden song all time that really is different from anything they ever did. It’s special. Those 4 songs are all massive in the Maiden canon and gave a great contrast to Steve’s proggy writing and opened up a whole new side of the band. All 4 are played in their sets to this day and a big part of what makes those albums such “complete” works. Further Bruce brought it as a front man live and had a perfect voice for the style of the band. From there -Bruce wrote 2 Minutes to Midnight with Adrian, Powerslave the title track like Revelations in entirety, Back in the Village with Adrian and Flash of the Blade was all Bruce too. That’s half of Powerslave, arguably their masterpiece. Then on SIT Adrian wrote their huge hit Wasted Years and Adrian and Bruce wrote Moonchild and Evil that men do on 7th son etc 2 minutes, Wasted Years and Evil that men do were the 3 big hits that kept Maiden in the mainstream IMO and had that crossover ability for radio. Steve is more of a prog guy (and he got more as it’s gone on) Bruce and Adrian became the other 50% of Maiden IMO and Steve needed them and their songwriting to get the band where it went. Let’s also not forget Bruce is a DREAM front man. His energy and vitality and passion are unmatched. That alone is a quality you cannot teach and trust me, as a songwriter that has dealt with lazy pile of detritus singers …..Steve hit the lottery with Bruce. So keep talking your jibber jabber but any true Maiden fan knows you are talking out of UR ANUS ….and on Janick…I think it was a cool move letting him stay, and from what I hear he’s the nicest guy ever. Plus they owed him for that White Spirit riff he he ……those that know know ;) Now….Go re read your Maiden history and maybe go take a walk on the sunshine and join a meditation group to get some clarity in your life.

All three solo projects by steve Bruce Adrian are co existing along side maiden but maiden is the most important to me anyway
