The Girl is sick she been saying in her tweets the doctors said its a miracle she is even able to sing so if she is singing with a playback its because there trying to save her voice. If she don't save her voice then she's cancelling shows and then people would be pissed and complaining about it. why are people suggesting she is lip synccing? i can here the difference in her voice from live and studio. Ariana Grande has a lot of back track but its because she always hits the high notes during chorus. You can also hear her additional lyrics such as 'say' or 'hey'. Yes she was ill and i can hear it in her voice. If you listen to her voice more than her dance then you can hear her live voice. sounds nothing like the studio version to me.

I really feel her struggle on some notes 'cause her voice is being correcting in this time (by vocal exercise), and she lose some unhealthy notes (those high and tinny notes) that the song have when recorded. But I do really love her voice now, its so powerful that it can blow you out of your seats. She is a professional, she knows when she can sing or not, at the end of the day our body has its limit and pushing further will cause damage.

If you are big ari stan (yes i am huge of of ari) and watched all this video carefully, you can clearly see that everything from 1:14 to further is lip sync. Watch carefully and u will see how her performance gets weird: raising rands but no F6, 1:36, 2:90, the whole climax is weird, etc). Her voice is weird, it sounds as a backtrack. Oh and 1:36 it wasnt just backtrack, she forgot to lip. And she kissing the mic lol.
