@@bairdmurphy4438 They've got a history with sending for eachother. They clashed on Radio, and also a b2b with Kano but it felt like shade is being thrown in some lyrics. Ghetts made a diss track for BBK mentioning Skepta in 2008 called "Who's Got" which sampled some of Wileys lyrics. That and how for the past 8-10 years up until now with this track, it felt like they were in two seperate lanes of grime imo. Two of the main Powerhouses in the scene having no affiliation with eachother, it was something you just got used to, despite Skepta & Ghetts doing collabs with other top MC's like Chip, D Double etc. I started to clock a shift when Ghetts and Frisco started doing features with eachother, with Frisco also being one of the bbk members that was also dissed. Some other key details I've probably missed, I'm sure there's tunes from BBK aswell mentioning/indirecting at ghetts, but weren't necessarily sends. If anyone could add then I'd appreciate it too. The Ghetts Vs Skepta radio clash is probably the best insight as to why this is historical.
