low elo is used to bad positioning because the other low elo dps is bad and can capitalize of the bad position. So someone with good aim just ragdolls low elos. Playing tracer for instance in high elo is just about not being targeted, as soon as you notice they look at you, you run or recall, and wait the team pressure to capitalize.
