I like the 1st method the best. Started using the fishing line method which sometimes drive me nuts, and then now I realized my glue dots are cheap and that's usually a fail. 260s will be my next go to. Thank you so much!

This was so helpful! I've made a few balloon garlands for various family birthday parties. I'd simply glue each individual accent balloon to the garland. Your techniques are way more simpler. I really like the 260 and rubber band method. I'll be making a garland for a birthday in a couple of days and will definitely be using these methods. Thank you.
