The show was 8 hours long. With all the big moments like Seth and Kofi's (especially him) wins the whole crowd was out of energy going into the last match.

This is true. It also had gotten much colder than at the start (main event didn't start till close to midnight), so between that and the long show with many emotional matches, we were pretty shot at this point. Watch the Becky Lynch video behind it and the crowd got up for her!
