I just started working this season at my local resort. We have the same Demac Lenko guns. It's a cool job, I like it. I'm terryfied about the high preasure hoses, but other than that... pretty sweet (we pump 40 bars of water pressure).

Dragos, I worked at Alta on their snowmaking crew for several years and agree, high pressure hoses are good to be cautious of. But if you ensure they are properly attached, you can add a bungee cord to hold down the clasps (helps keep them properly closed when they are not under pressure), ensure you flag/bamboo mark the hoses so skiers to skier over them, and slowly open the ball-valve and you should be good! Legaceybeats it’ll cost you a water reservoir a pumping station a pipeline 480 high voltage line. The snowgun is the cheap part
