I’m 46, I grew up as a (glory) supporter. As a kid I discovered Liverpool Fc because we were the best team so we were on Tv the most. I remember the day we lost at Anfield against Arsenal in the last game of the season. It was heartbreaking,And going through the hard years. (When we were still ok but just not great.) then the excitement of Rafa, and those European nights I was there and loved every single second of it but never felt like the last few years. Klopp however made me love the game again. Feels like a bereavement knowing he won’t be there anymore, but it’s only through genuine love that you appreciate the real ones. Klopp is a real one. We have been lucky. He has helped inspire the next generations of lifelong fans. I’m a bit drunk but I love this man.

Klopp is the best Liverpool have ever had in the premier league though, which is completely different times with expensive foreign players and recruitment. Also competing against the money behemoths or cheats in Man City, as well as Chelsea, Arsenal, Man Utd etc. Klopp has spent far less on recruiting players than anyone and yet his teams are still able to out perform them.
