It rains around the cozy house in the forest. I can hear frogs and grasshoppers near the river in front of my house. Go home and look out the window in your house and drink a cup of warm tea.

This reminds me of the early 60s when I was 5yo, sitting on the back porch listening to the crickets and whiperwills when it was still dirt roads, houses were sometimes miles apart and you didn't have a care in the world! These have really helped me at night. 4 years ago I lost my dad, and my last vision of him was traumatic to say the least, the nightmares were getting unbearable to the point i was only getting maybe 3 to 4 hours of broken sleep a night. Since I started listening to this and others like it I am getring 6 to 8 hours a night and the nightmares have subsided significantly. Going thru benzo withdrawals. Took as prescribed for sleep, decided I didn't want them anymore after a few months but had violent withdrawals. Currently tapering down. It's sheer hell. One of many symptoms is ringing in the ears. This is my favorite track out of the hundreds I listen to that helps me, sooths me, and masks the insane ringing so I can sleep. The ringing is temporary and will disapate. Thank you for posting this. It's so absolutely what I need. You have no idea how grateful I am to you. Thank you so much. If anything can make me sleep super quick, it is absolutely this right here. I e been listening to Buddhist Monks chants and sounds for years and it never let me down but now I find this and HOLY💩!... this is a complete game changer for me. I can sleep anywhere from 3 hours to 10 hours and I feel amazingly rested and relaxed. My night zoomed by super fast and yet it felt like the perfect amount of time has gone by. I suffer with nightmares, night terrors and sleep paralysis and I honestly sleep with very little of that listening to this. This is night 13 for me and I'm completely staying with this type of realistic nature sounds. Nature has always taken care of me during my sleep overseas and in country and now its doing it through KZbin lol this is phenomenal. Thank you 🙏🏼

There is no legitimate medical definition that can describe the amount of pain that I've gone through. My body, at 29, is now rendered useless because of the stress of not having anywhere safe to get a break. THIS is the break I've always needed. The, what I'm assuming are bug flying around noises, are a little too much for my tastes. As in the repeat is too regular, loud, & on-going. It's not bad, the sound itself. It's comforting & the repeat is mesmerizing. If I'm on the shore opposite the cabin with grasses & stuff that's exactly how it would sound. It reminds me of good times fishing with my grandparents. I don't recall it being noticeable in any other videos or channels. So it could just be that. Not sure if I'm making sense 😅 I love the realistic rain & the detail with the rocks & shingles. The canoe doesn't have buoyancy, but I really don't think that matters bc the lake has ripples. Definitly makes me sleepy & homesick, so it's a win in my book 😊

Wow...... Gorgeous landscape. I've tried a couple other nature sound vids. This is so much nicer. Instant fav. I have tinnitus, worse at night. Cricket sounds cancel it out. Lol. I figured that out using my white noise machine. Thank you for the vid. Great work! 🙂
