Saw a vision 1 time as a teen. It was a warning about a pastor at a church we attended. So thankful bc the person I had the vision about was found to be chasing women and stealing (he was a pastor😳). I managed to avoid him when he showed up at our door a few days later and I was home alone with my younger brother.. I never asked for the vision or really even thought about such a thing but God spoke to me in a way that was impossible to miss. God knew what I needed to keep me safe.

I'm new to your youtube channel. I truly appreciate your balance of biblical foundational theology with a Holy Spirit led teaching of the gifts He has given to the church. This episode is so great! I've never heard of Tania Harris but wow! she explains how God has spoken in symbolic language of dreams and visions from the Old testament all the way to the New. So very helpful, grounded and rooted in the Scriptures where Jesus our Lord, before He went to the Cross, promised Holy Spirit of Truth to descend on us, His Church! Thank you, Remnant Radio!

I’ve often wondered if waking up immediately after the dream would then mean that the dream has more significance. Often times I’ll awake and will remember dreaming but having a hard time remembering the dream. But occasionally, I’ll wake up in the middle of the dream and will remember every detail of it. Those are the ones I always write down or recall the details in a voice memo.

Great episode! I laughed so hard when he responded "in your dreams" 🤣 There's almost always some kind of witty remark at some point in each episode - such a balanced show, y'all go deep & spiritual, theological, fun & comical, and most importantly Word AND spirit. So good

I have had a few for sure dreams from God. I do t forget them. They are very much about something having to do with God. And I remember details very well. My regular dreams are forgotten within an hour of waking. Maybe that helps others.

As someone who receives dreams and visions, thank you for bringing attention to this and how normative it should be. I will say I cant interpret dreams or visions at all. I just give them and the person receiving them is usually able to figure out what its speaking into.

I listened to her podcast where she described her dream about the clock one morning about a month ago. Went to my language school, taught my first student, and when I looked up at the clock on the wall, the hour hand was going crazy, going round and round at a tremendous speed, and I couldn't see what the time was. The school counsellor was baffled afterwards, not knowing what to do with the crazy clock. I did think I might have to be ready for something, not yet entirely sure what for.

I once had an interesting dream of Jesus. In the dream, I couldn't see his face because his whole body was glowing. I could vaguely see a white robe and his hair was long and kind of brown. But that is just the conventional part since anyone who have seen a few paintings of J.C. would be familiar with these features. Then he spoke. His voice was so lourd that I felt that my brain was vibrating or maybe even melting. He said, "I will come three times." I been me, constantly questioning everything, said immediately, "but you are only supposed to come twice !" To that he didn't reply. Then I just woke up.

2012, God appeared to me in a dream that was so vivid I woke up crying, in the dream God told me that my wife was going to leave me. When I woke up crying, wife walked into the bedroom and asked why i was crying, i told her, that i had a dream and that you where going to leave me. 1 week to the day, i caught my wife cheating, she admitted it, and said that she had been seeing the guy for 6 months, and that she would be leaving tomorrow, she left. I ended up divorcing her.

Read your Bible. Stay there. Dreams are converting Muslims in masses so they work for sure. I have a few that were burned into my memory and I still reflect on them.

Have you tried worship before you fall asleep? That changed my sleep habits about 4 or 5 years ago. There is truth to "don't let the sun go down on your anger". Sleep is even better with a few minutes of worship.

Good show today. My goto for dream research is neuroscientist Patrick Mcnamara. Severe nightmares and PTSD are reasons to see qualified mental health professionals and/or qualified priests. Mental health is physical health. Stop the stigma!

Matt 25:4 The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. 5 The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they ALL became drowsy and fell asleep. So just a correction - as she said the wise didn't fall asleep just the foolish.

So God responded to her complaining? Too bad He didn’t do that with the Israelites….oh wait, He did & it wasn’t a good response. The only time seeking visions or dreams is mentioned isn’t a good passage in scripture; Ez 7:26- in the midst of talking about the Day of the wrath of the Lord. I’m open to seeing anywhere scripture tells us to actively seek after visions. PS- I do believe God can communicate thru dreams & visions. The issue I have is that God causes the dream or vision, scriptures never tells us to actively seek after dreams & visions from God.

Last week I had a dream of a church service and the pastor's regional boss... I don't know what they call them in the American Free Lutheran Church... We'll call him a "bishop".... Regional pastor's pastor.... So he comes in riding a dog.... He's a very small midget.... And dressed in blue satin.... True story. I don't even know if the AFLC has a regional pastor or bishop.

Cherie Goff (on KZbin) is an AofG Pastor's wife who interprets Dana Coverstone dreams. She seems to be knowledgeable on traditional dream interpretation but can lose the forest for all the trees. .... Too detailed oriented.
@H.Nenningger4 күн бұрын
That said, I have never hear anything from Dana Coverstone that wasn't where an A of G pastor should be, except he has some unusual dreams. My opinion, if Coverstone was off base, you'd see it in his theology but he's dead center where an A of G pastor should be.
@DiGi3774 күн бұрын
@H.Nenningger. i have probably heard all Coverstone's dreams over years. While unusual & full of detail the consistent themes appear to be that ppl in the chirch need to refocus on their faith & be real with God. The other theme of collapsing governance unrest etc to me are symbolic of the fallen world & how bad its gotten because christians got complacent & dropped the ball

Another book has helped me a lot over the last several years. It is a Bible based dream dictionary. You can look up symbols and then see what that symbol means in scripture. Often times there are multiple scriptures listed. I appreciated the opportunity to see what the Bible has to say about these symbols. The cover is cringe, but I have been blessed by this book. “The Divinity Code to Understanding your Dreams and Visions.”
