I hate being negative and Im not a quitter, but once we lose to Buffalo tomorrow this is what we need to do: 1) Fire Grier immediately 2) Fire McDaniel immediately 3)Trade Tua (probably not possible), Hill, Ramsey before the deadline Tuesday. 4) Tank the rest of the season (and I dont even think we need to try at this point) 5) Start the rebuild with a CAM WARD or another top 5 QB

@@tooncraft3d the draft class isn’t good enough this year to tank and tua won’t be worth shit given injury’s and hill and Ramsey are “old” and not worth a team splashing a lot on because they won’t be around for long enough. Not even mentioning the fact Ramsey missed 7 games last season because of injury. For this year it isn’t worth tanking. It could be a good year to be training new staff however

And you are a sick individual if you think professionals are going to just give up I hate the word tank because it's even used improperly a tank and I'm not talking about the bottom of a container of sometime I'm talking about a real tank as an army veteran I think about I M1 Abrams how strong and versatile they are so tank is the wrong word to say that a team should give up but you know we humans especially in the last 25 years we have the bad habit of thinking that let me copy that that's a good idea instead of coming up with something original we want to just chimed in with everybody else the problem with that is most folks are clueless

I would agree that if we lose Grier should go, this will not happen- but if it was to happen - I would call Louis Riddick- As for McDaniel he’ll be gone, just at the end of the season- in which case I would give a call to Vrable - Tua is not the reason we are losing- Keep him or trade him- No one wants Tua
