May is a remainer, her hand picked cabinet is mostly remainers. Her Brexit In Name Only deal which undermined her owned Brexit MP`s, technically keeps us in the EU without any future say. Which nobody voted for in the referendum. May only won the confidence vote because no one else wanted the poisoned chalice. May`s language has also changed to "No deal, no Brexit" and "In the National interest." Both the language of someone trying very hard not to give the people what they voted for. 2 years wasted thanks to an establishment set on staying in the EU, despite of a Democratic vote to leave. Don`t think Labour will give you Brexit either, they didn`t even want to give you a Democratic say on the matter and are still considering giving a 2nd peoples vote with Remain as an option, in the hope that the public will give the right answer this time and save them the hassle of Brexit. Our Democracy is a sham, so long as we keep giving the right answer and ensuring a two-horse race, our vote counts. But give the wrong answer and every trick in the book is used to pervert a Democratic vote.

As a proud Scotsman and a proud British man i no longer want to be part of this Union. I even voted No on the independence of Scotland in 2014 but today i will vote leave. Prior to the 2014 vote on Independence David Cameron (i even voted for David Cameron over Ed Miliband and i'm Scottish, so nothing is ever simple as black and white) promised the UK as a whole to vote on the issue of remaining or leaving the EU. In the brexit vote the British public voted 51% in favor of leaving. When did 51%, only 1 percentage point from being 50-50 split mean the majority? In an age of disinformation no one can argue against the fact it was not the majority, so at least give the people, as a true democracy would do, and allow the people to vote again. Also many people have learned since then the lies that occurred during the Brexit campaign. But what is sadly the worst part for me is the very day the current British Government under Teresa May ceased representation of the Scottish people when in her 500 Brexit agreement paper did not mention Scotland once. In the agreement Northern ireland was mentioned over 200 times, Gibralter mentioned over 20 times but Scotland was not mentioned once. 67% of the Scottish people voted to remain in the EU, now that is a majority as it is only 3 percentage points from being 70%.. The Scottish people and the rest of the United Kingdom have known for a while now that Scotland no longer feel like they are being represented. The Nordic Union and EU have both said they would gladly allow us to join their respective Unions which appeal more to the young of Scotland more than remain with the rest of the UK where our families, my father was miner in Shotts with his dad and they lost their jobs under Margret Thatcher tory government and now under another tyrant tory leader Scotland is ignored again. We voted to remain while the rest of the UK voted to leave. When the City of London voted to remain that should have told the rest of the UK the there is clearly going to be an impact even with a deal. When the financial capital of the UK and financial hub of the the world votes to remain, the rest of the UK should have taken note, as well with Scotland voting to remain. Why should i and my future kids suffer financially worse off due to a decision that the rest of the UK voted for but not Scotland? Why should i want to remain when we no longer feel represented? What the Scottish people want is different to England and Wales( the Cornish people do not even get represented, there isn't even a box to tick Cornish on the national census for them, they either tick English or other. As i said i'm a proud Scotsman and British man and i will always be British even after Independence but politically, i see no future or even a future for my children outside of the EU. P.S and i'm not advocating for a republic, royal family is equally ours as it is anyone else's. I believe in the Commonwealth, NATO and the defence of this Island. just politically Scotland is far apart from the rest of the UK, even if it is on the same island.

The issue on Brexit has completely polarized the country. Regardless of whether your for or against it. Its important to acknowledge that UK is left far weaker now (I am not for brexit). Some demographics, kingdoms areas etc, will now hold a huge grudge against the other. I believe this issue has left the UK completely broken and it's not a United kingdom any longer. The best course of actions should be to a revote on Brexit followed by a referendum for kingdoms about if they still wish to be part of the UK. If this is not done then I believe this will leave alot of bad blood between different demographics and ultimately causing a situation similar to USA and its current political instability. I believe a political instabile government is far worse then breaking up the kingdom.

@Albert Pike how is that an counter argument? Lol. What a dumb thing to say. Are u a troll? I don't need to be British to be educated on the subject. I follow British news.

@Albert Pike again that's not a counter argument. Lol. Also i said it listen to British new. I didn't states wether it's mainstream media or not. I actually get my new from mainstream and independent news along with podcasts. If you have a disagreement with my comments then state that and why. Thus far you haven't presented a counter argument nor seem to have the ability to critically think

Go on Theresa - shes so right, everyone is talking about all these other ‘options’ without dealing with the real issue of brexit. In one way or another, every opposition of the deal is rooted in the fact that they either don’t want Theresa as leader of their party because of her soft brexit views, most simply don’t want to leave the EU, and the rest don’t want the Tory’s at all. So that’s why she has so much resistance - but realistically no one else has any other credible suggestions, or even has particularly coherent reasoning behind disliking her suggestions. Shes gone about the most ambitious political project ever in an incredibly professional way, so let’s get the deal through now and move on

She wants to give us the impression that she worked hard (not smart) and so deserved to get MPs vote. She is not as clever as she thinks she is. She colluded with EU from the start for 2.5 years.

1st of all, It's polite to address the PM as 'Prime Minister' or 'Mrs May'. Second of all, there is far too much unfounded criticism of May, and frankly personal attacks. If people have genuine issues with May, which they actually understand, then fine. She has a deal which delivers on the vote and wants the best for the country, which she knows how to achieve, because she is a seasoned and experienced politician with no agenda for herself! People can't see past the idioms and bullshit; everything she's saying about the current state of parliament is accurate and honest. If she was running the country, she would be removed from her position. Everyone needs to be a lot more pragmatic and considerate about current politics than just calling the PM a lying witch because everyone else is.

She say's we'll leave the EU she say's Parliament will get a vote. As she never tell's the truth, everything she promises turn's out to be a lie, then she's going to scrap Brexit without giving MP's a vote. The MP's don't need a vote, their Constituent's in a Referendum have given them an instruction. "GET ON WITH IT" woman we're sick of you.

WE SHOULD NOT HAVE VOTED TO LEAVE THE EUROPEAN UNION! Cameron should not have called that referendum. Why did Cameron have to pull out and hand over to poor Theresa May who is unfortunately getting a very hard time at the minute? The British Government made a very misjudged and poor appointment in Theresa May (not because of her, but because of the idiocy we encounter). Poor May did not even WANT Brexit and so she is very brave in this respect. The majority pro-Brexit Cabinet is making life difficult for her, and by voting to leave, the people have brought it on themselves. I come from Northern Ireland, a country which voted to remain - 56%. The DUP are of no use to Theresa May and are nearly disunited over her Brexit Policy. How she came to resort to the DUP, I will never know.

So many people on here are so pathetic, she is the prime minister and is trying her upmost best to deliver a practical solution to a problem far more complex than any of your immature brains can comprehend. You don’t have to agree with her solution, but to call her ‘evil’ and a ‘traitor’ is just pathetic and disrespectful to the office of prime minister. Just grow up.

Also, she is fundamentally misunderstanding that, while she is trying to keep her deal as strong as possible by refusing to pick a side, she herself is a random variable that makes the outcome for Brexit unknown, since her deal is too unpopular in Parliament. If May's deal was more popular, her strategy might actually work.

I would just like to say that Theresa May was put in this position when David Cameron left so don’t go blaming her she’s been trying so hard to keep on going and get us the best idea possible and as she says no one else is putting forward any constructive criticism just mocking her and ridiculing her.
