In nutshell Dokutah and Priestess start literally everything in Terra and Priestess alone create Kal'tsit as servant to help them manage all the work while dokutah with unknown reason decide to sleep in Sarkophagus. A thousand or perhaps million years later Kal'tsit waging a wars with Victorian army against Sarkaz and then after a hundred years later befriend Theresa after she understand that not all Sarkaz are evil. Kal'tsit know that Theresa have a good vision that Will turn Terra to became a better place so she then decide to search Dokutah Sarkophagus and then awaken him. The thing is both Kal'tsit and Theresa didnt know that Dokutah seeing Theresa as treat to Dokutah and Priestess grand scheme to Terra. And that begin the Conspiracy of Dokutah to destroy all Theresa work, but for a couple years later Dokutah begin hesitant because well maybe he understand that Theresa work is for good reason but PRST program know about this and then inciting dokutah and that how Dokutah suddenly decide to kill Theresa with the help of Theresis. And that how finally Dokutah succeed to kill her, but Theresa Will her last power wipe out Dokutah entire memory and turn Dokutah to became Dokutah we know. Kal'tsit and then Amiya already know ITS not only dokutah fault but more on Priestess so that how Kal'tsit hate her so much. (Funfact technically Kal'tsit are dokutah and Priestess daughter)

Basically Doctor used to have a wife/colleague called Priestess, and they were supposed to oversee the cultivation of Originium in Terra during ancient times. Rhodes Island, the landship itself, has an AI called PRTS, and it is presumably named and modelled after her. It's role is pretty much the same as Arona from Blue Archive. In this short, the ship's head mechanic/software engineer Closure makes a new AI that's like Theresa for Doctor. PRTS, or 'Priestess', doesn't appreciate getting NTR'd and goes full Monica.

A lot of lore. You have to know who Priestess is and Theresa. Priestess was MC oryginal "wife" who at the very beginning of the game tells us that we will love each other forever (simplifed) and she kinda created Originium that killed a lot of local people (a lot of lore why she did it) and the AI of our skip in arknight: PTRS is like her AI consciousness. And Theresa (on phone form most of video) is kinda like her main rival both in term of ideas and doctor. And Theresa is also not around anymore only a memory of her that kinda took form of artificial body (simplifed).
