Lovely video. Everything in the beginning was covered in mud except for its surroundings, the PS2 Slim's separate components were within literal feet of each other and you were in the perfect place at the perfect time. In addition to finding a sweet, only slightly musty interior but yet a perfect covered muddy console on the outside. ❤😅🧐

The restoration you do is admirable, but it seems to me a farce that you always find things when you walk in what seems to be the same place, that they are always covered in mud and that they have survived the passing of the years as if nothing. I think you are the one who buys used consoles, fills them with mud and "hides" them to later take them out and restore them.

I own two classic models & one slim. The restoration looks absolutely beautiful & spectacular, so glad it got such a caring and loving owner and going to a loving home. Nothing of great value in our future years deserves to be treated in such a terrible manner. Yet parents to their misbehaving children be like..."Death to your PS5!" The console may be distracting, but it's not to blame completely. Spectacular work on the restoration.

It's weird to see how people genuinely act like it's real PS2 console. As PS2 Slim owner I clearly see that's clone console, because real PS2 motherboard is much bigger inside and has many different chips, while this motherboard looks like some toy AliExpress tetris and it also has HDMI, which official PS2 never had(Even late revisions still had only analog video output) + PS2 menu looks much different. But still interesting to see that even cheap knock-off can be restored
