Mr. Freeze looks like he would look great with a animated Batman display. The frost on his dome looks cool and I like that his ankle joints are stiff so he won't be having standing problems in the near future.

You know, it's also sad that although Nora was restored and cured of her disease, she was never reunited with Victor. The story of Mr. Freeze is a really sad and heartbreaking one. He's a very underrated villain. I have sometimes imagined an alternate DCAU universe where Batman helped Victor finally succeed in saving Nora and curing her disease. Despite being overjoyed from finally accomplishing his mission, Victor is remorseful over the crimes he committed in the process, and really worried that he would have to return to Arkham. Nora assures Victor that she forgives him and still loves him nevertheless. Batman too shows his understanding of Victor's actions and motives for them, and offers him to use his cryo suit and freeze gun for good instead of evil. Victor is hesitant at first, but being so grateful to the Caped Crusader, he accepts the offer and makes a Face-Heel turn. Mr. Freeze succeeds in his atonement, and is soon perceived as a hero by the citizens of Gotham, proving himself to be a really powerful ally to Batman. A few months later, Ferris Boyle somehow escapes from Arkham Asylum and attempts to create a heatwave capable of destroying Gotham. Batman, Robin and Mr. Freeze stop Boyle's evil scheme and return him to Arkham. Sound like a really good alternate DCAU timeline?

In Deep Freeze it was revealed Nora Fries after being cured of her condition left Mr Freeze due to being horrified of the crimes her husband committed and left him for her doctor

Very heartbreaking for Mr. Freeze. I sometimes imagine an alternate DCAU universe where Mr. Freeze finally succeeds in restoring and curing Nora with the help of Wayne Enterprises. Eventually, Freeze shows his gratitude towards Batman for what he did for Nora, and reluctantly makes a Face-Heel turn to make a better impression of himself, using his cryo suit and freeze gun for good instead of evil. Much later, Ferris Boyle somehow escapes from Arkham Asylum and attempts to create a machine capable of creating a heatwave capable of destroying Gotham only to be stopped cold by Batman, Robin, and the redeemed Mr. Freeze.

It's nice to see Mr. Freeze get some love when it comes to collectible releases. This is a fantastic figure by Mondo as it does a wonderful of capturing the character's likeness from the classic Batman the Animated Series TV show. The head sculpt is solid. The paint application is clean and I love the cel-shading effect that was added to Mr. Freeze's suit. The accessories are nicely sculpted. I like the slightly frosted effect that was added to the inside of the dome. The ice blast that can be attached to the blaster has a nice effect to it. I also like the piece of steam that can be placed on top of his Mr. Freeze's head and it simulates the look really well. The display base perfectly compliments the overall piece. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot. Keep it up!

I really don't like all the lines. It really doesn't look like the reflections from the light. It just looks like part of the outfit. I do like the shading.

I ordered the Mondo Kratos 1/6 scale figure when the pre-order text was removed from their website two weeks ago. Earlier this week I contacted them to know if it was going to ship or if there was delay. They told me it's delayed to July. It's very annoying. I wouldn't have placed the order if I knew it wasn't in stock.
