Congrats on the new home! That’s exciting! I live on the water in Newport Beach and the salt air takes a huge toll on everything. All those expensive designer faucets and appliances don’t last long. It all becomes pitted, rusted or simply falls apart. The warranties they give never matches what you think it should. The home warranty the sellers gives, thinking it is a good thing to do, is also a waste of money. They charge you for a service call only to tell you they don’t fix any expensive brands. They don’t repair anything above the lowest priced item at Home Depot. Sorry about the bad news but it would have helped me make better decisions if I knew this ahead of time. No brass, it needs polishing every week 🤮Best….

Y'all talk about your channel not growing, that's because you put to much on patron and not enough on your regular channel, y'all always say save it for patron, over and over again. There's 80 year old woman on KZbin that just do make up and have 80,000 subscribers. Also you could have grown your channel by showing the interview of the man that spoke about Jon Bonet Ramsey... do not get steel doors at the beach. when i lived at the jersey shore i found a gorgeous fiberglass door with a huge waterfall glass insert. you don't need thaat rusty mess. all my metal light fixtures would get pitted real fast too.

ZLINE doors? Not sure if that’s what Rick said, or if it’s the same company. But, I purchased a zline range for our new home 3 years ago and the wires for the bottom element of the oven burnt up, and broke apart. There is only a one year warranty. Ridiculous.
