Interesting people are going RC when bicycle rolling resistance had the RC 1-2 watts slower than the M, which has more grip. They didn't get the point the RC when one can just get the M that's better all-round and H is just straight faster.

A handful of cantis on ’cross bikes. Narrowest? Shoot, there were 4,000 people so I can't say conclusively, but 35 would be my guess.

If you are not sponsored, taking a carbon bike is just dumb. Get a Ti and you will have 0 worries about the bike getting damage.
