The other person (which reveals to be "herself" later in the video) is her spiritual part, the black flame which awakened inside her. The apple represents knowledge, awakening. She chasing herself means the plight for awakening/finding your true spiritual self. And in the end, when they both disappeared, it was the final step of transcending from this world of lies to Sitra Ahra.

@@armandomartinez6661 They're a band of Gnostic Satanists that blasphemed the Cabala using demonic occult practices to better suit their ends (not me slandering them, that's their stated purpose, I like their work and it's why I'm here). Rumor is that Jon Nodveidt of Dissection was a member. Actually, the term used in this video, "Nightside," comes from the Typhonian tradition by Kenneth Grant, but all three organizations are closely tied to the Kelipot/Qliphoth. Grant is more aligned with Thelema, which is where the bandname "Therion" comes from, but the Current 218 (and arguably some of the teachings of the Dragon Rouge, when they aren't talking about spatial dimensions) know the Qliphoth a lot better than Grant, in my opinion, but Satanists are almost universally scorned and hated in occultism.

That said, Kenneth Grant consulted with Michael Bertiaux when writing Nightside of Eden, who is involved with the Neo-Gnostic Luciferian Church and some of the better commentaries on Goetic tradition (Behind Rufus opus and Jake Stratton-Kent, of course).
