The source of the leak is hard to detect without opening up any drywall. I’d recommend pairing the thermal camera along with a moisture meter to pinpoint the affected area. That will get you in the right direction.

Good video. How do you decide when to lock the temp scale on right side of screen?

The temperature scale is constantly changing based on where you are aiming the camera. Hope that helps!

How long is the battery life?

It’s a lithium battery. Lasts about as long as a phone battery. When not used for awhile it requires a charge

Yes you can take photos and plug it into a computer and upload them.
