what method do you use to cut your acrylic/plastic? I have the same case and want to cut that strip on the side of the front panel out for better air intake. TIA

depends. For that I would probably use a utility knife. For acrylic, I use an acrylic knife for straight cuts and a Dremel Moto Saw for anything complicated

So how exactly are you doing the acrylic thing to make the case look cleaner ?

+- I order 3mm thick sheets of acrylic, cut them to shape, and mount them in the case. It's relatively inexpensive.
