As now that I can say that blue Thermo was at a state simillar to Thermo KOTM but Mothra gave some stuff that caused Godzilla to cool down before he would eventually blow up because Serizawa's plan worked a little to well blowing a nuke so KOTM thermo was holding alot more energy and KOTM's thermo has holding more nuclear power than he's supposed to hold so mothra sacrificed her life to save godzilla. on the other hand blue thermo is much bigger and his pulse that we have seen is like an EMP simmilar kinda to the muto's EMP and was at a state where he was like KOTM godzilla but saved that energy like he did in KOTM untill he evolved himself and held 20x more atomic power than usual. i think GXK godzilla slams mid-high diff because of his speed and size nowadays
